The Roar of Education

The Roar of Education 

I realized in class last week  

That soon my college career would be complete 

Only one more year and I'll be done 

Have a degree and be free to run 

But, what if I want to stay? 

This is who I am with no filter 

A girl who treasures books and learning 

It's a life I chose that is so rewarding 

The roar of education cannot be silenced 

I decided my education was far from ending 

I would attend Grad school 

It'd be a new beginning 

My love for education is never-ending 

My love for Earth is unceasing 

My degrees will allow me to study Earth and all it's beauty 

The roar of thunder in the sky 

The glaciers expanding through the night 

To preserve the Earth we live on 

This is my life with no filter
