The rock beneath me cools

The rock beneath me cools as the sun drifts behind the smattering of clouds.

The sea crashes and thuds onto the sand and I heard joyful screeches.

The rocks roll in and out with the waves with some sort of freedom.

A ray of sunshine climbs up my body lazily, with no real purpose.

My constant sense of urgency finally leaves and I can breathe freely.

All I need is this place that allows me to be okay or not be okay,

All I need is this feeling of emptiness and fullness and exhileration and letting go.

All I really need is this.
