Rock Climbing

It takes a little bit on insanity to rock climb
To reach out and feel the jagged rock
To place your foot on a hold and push up
To continue climbing on past the treetops
To look down miles and not be scared
To look up miles and not want to leave
To reach a goal with aching hands and shallow breaths and smiling eyes
And . . .
It takes a little bit of insanity to leave
