Rodrell

I miss my other half
But it just wasn't fitting together right
I wish I never lived that night
Now youre locked up
Enough was enough
And its still too much
Not a moment goes by where I dont think of you
And long for your embrace
Not a minute goes by where I don't miss your face
I wish I could erase all the dysfunction
And replace it with what's right
Now us together seems out of sight
I pray for you on a daily basis
And now I'm supposed to come to court and try to face this
I don't know what to do
My emotions and thoughts are misconstrued
So many regrets and a lot of mistakes
A person can only take so much before they break
But it should've never gotten that bad
We took this shit way to far
And now I'm missing a place in my heart
And I know I haven't been able to forget nor suppress the love and infatuation I feel for you.
I cry in anguish when reality hits and I know were through.
I'm dropping the charges because i want you to know that you're wrong for what you did
but I also want you to know that I have it in my heart to forgive
And I swear I won't forget the hold we had on each other because your presence and the comfort you brought
is one that cannot be replaced so now I feel out of place and distraught.
I'm sorry for not being all that you wanted and not doing everything you needed me to.
But don't ever forget that the love I got for you was real.
And its something I will always feel.
