Rollercoaster

Four years in high school was like a roller coaster ride, There were ups and downs, Rise and falls, But at the end it was a blast. Like a roller coaster, School is filled with excitement. There is no better place to be, Than here. First you get settled in, Then you begin to rise as high as the stars, And then you drop as low as the stock market, Simultaneously looking back at all you have achieved. Like a roller coaster ride, Some part of us seems to be left behind, And as the days quickly pass by, The closer we are to graduation. When we walk across that stage, We will all remember the great times, And memories that high school has given us, Whether they were good or bad. Like a roller coaster, School has to end and the ride will be over, But our journeys will take us far beyond reach, Like the galaxies in space. Until the roller coaster starts again, We will meet new people and commence a new beginning. Until we ride again, Midwood will always be in my heart and it will never fade away.
