Running into love,

Over a kiss.

Meeting in secrecy,

Even with the threat,

Of death from above.

Abducting moments of bliss,

Neither asking for leniency.

Danger lurks, but yet,

Juliet will risk it all for love.

Undeniably will Romeo, but amiss

Life evilly,

Invites him to pay his debt.

Eagerly the dove,

Takes a short trip to the abyss.

In after, the knight goes peacefully.

Neither saw the following sunset.

Lest to cause more death thereof,

One man called for families to reminisce.

Verona walls never again equally,

Endured a tragedy like Romeo and Juliet.
