Ropes of Sin

I have three ropes
Holding me down
About to go in
A lake & drown

At the end of these ropes
Are three red bricks
If I were to cut a rope
Which one would I pick?

The one with pride?
The one with lust?
Or should I just sink
To the bottom & rust?

To live eternally
I must cut them all
Or should I beckon
To sin's strong call?

While choosing I feel a massive shove
And into the lake I go
Trying to swim to the surface above
But for some reason I couldn't go

Oh wait!
The bricks I thought
I went down to cut the bricks
Or maybe not

When it comes time to choose, what will you do?
