ROSA PARKS

(poem Just one black woman riding a segregated bus would stand out for all blacks although not intended for such A simple seamstress as her story is told would change protocol for all blacks down the road. Her name Rosa Parker, would be remembered by all no one could denie the strength Rosa had on that December day When told to give up her seat for a white man boarding a bus she stood her ground and quietly refused the drivers request Her courage and conviction lead to intergration instead of segregation she was a strong woman and believed in equality for all all god’s children were made to be together and walk tall not fighting over skin color that really shouldn’t matter This woman was proof that one’s soul is what counts never regretting her actions or decision to stand her ground for every woman, man, and child's rights to be found This issue is on it’s way to being resolved it only took one strong woman to start this quest and others to follow and show their best Even though we may still have work on our plates people like Rosa Parker has helped bring a little less hate s go here)
