Rose

A fire began by a single match leaves nothing but a rose grown in through the cracked floorboards of an abandoned house it lies. Beginning as a single bud it sprouts into more turning the charcoal rich room into a burst of color proving the law of nature wrong it learned to walk without having feet By keeping its dreams it learned to feel the sunlight creeping in to breathe the fresh air to retain the moisture and a room once so dark is now alight with the colorful blossoms of a rose.
