Rose and Blue

Location

Coldest moon, deepest too

That’s where I last saw you

Warmest spring, darkest night

My sorry dreams take their flight

To a land where the sun doth shine

And you can hold your hand in mine

I hear your loving whispers, dear

As you hold me so close, so near

Gentlest touch, faintest trace

The ever so slight pull to your face

You miss it, don’t you? Your home

Why do you fight it? Arise and come

You haven’t forgotten those who

Are waiting for you, them who love you

Broken heart, saddest tear

And yet you hold onto the fear

Please don’t forget rose and blue

Always remember, I still love you

Look up to the darkening sky above

Bravest spirit, truest love.
