A Rose Without a Stem

Deep shadows lie beneath the willow tree,

hiding,

thats where you'll most likely find me.

A beautiful little rose with an shaky stem,

that needs love and nurture to flourish within.

I am like a Pearly Gates that is blossoming everyday,

and you are the garden that takes my breathe away.

The gentle winds are the messengers from me to you-the garden,

its carrying my love through the air and you can have all of it.

Absorb it and let it nurture you within,

because a true rose cannot stand without a stem.

My petals flow in the wind like a cream white dove,

and doves are a fine symbol of love,

and i see it circle around you-the garden.

A true rose cannot stand without a stem and neither can survive without love,

so wont you be my stem and we'll let love hold each other up.
