ROSES AND VIOLETS ARE WTF?

Roses are red and so many other colors but always have the same smell.... Violets are not even close to the color blue... But at least it is plural tense as if violet had so many other violets when violet is just one when referring voilet as blue....it would be singularitically written as blueviolet being blue non plural and no more than one and never two....violets that is.. Is that make you ponder a bit and want to look into who told these poems and nursery rhymes and want they were in facts of truth.... Even if it's silly .. Why the hell did it take humanity this long for someone to see the wierdness in roses are red and violets....being PURPLE NOT BLUE.. ..WTF
