Our Heavenly Father, Our Only and Begotten Son Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit

is about relationship

not religion

religion is the cause of confusion, and distortion

relationship with The Holy Trinity is about unification

let me make that abundantly clear

this poem needs to remind your "leaders" in church that you're never holier than Thou

long prayers does not impress God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit if you're heart is not in tune with God

y'all know its factual

i've seen churches where the setting looks inappropriate of a pulpit positioned higher than the aisle

last time i checked, we all bleed the same color

yet you have pastors, elders ( not all, but y'all know who y'all are) who feel 

that because The Lord ordained you, that you have entitlements

being ordained is annoint-ing, not annoy-ing

ask king saul how that turned out

the prophet samuel spoke to saul stating what The Lord gives, He can take away

it was so bad, saul committed suicide and killed himself

i would never wish that upon anyone

not even my enemies

you have pastors who won't return phone calls after you call them to start

as my cousin and i always say "Breakin Bread"

don't send someone else to call on your behalf

why, because you just want to look good on a sunday solely?

i don't have to work up ranks just to have a conversation

nor be in their crowd to fit in

i stand out from the rest where i march to a different drum beat.

i would call that hideous act rotten religion

Christ never turned His back on people

why are you turning your back on people

is it because i'm not a pastor like you? i'm not on the same level (according to you?)

Jesus always had a moment to hear folks who cry out to Him

Jesus asked about their requests, and prayers

so if He can make time to Listen to our cries

why won't you
