Roy the Bird

Love's forever it's never ending,
It's like music my ears are ringing,
Never thought that I'd be writing,
A poem of feelings...
(Because)
Time passes by so fast,
When you're in love you got to make it last,
Never thought this day would come,
Why do I feel numb...?

As I look in the deep blue sky,
I see that the snow white clouds are passing by.
The leaves of the trees rubbing against each other,
As the lost baby bird chirps for its mother.
(Tweet! Tweet!)
The baby bird calls,
But, there is no answer...

The baby bird calls again,
Flying from tree to tree,
Wondering where could its mother be.
I say to myself,
I wish I could help it,
But birds and I just don't fit.

(Tweet! Tweet!)
Another bird was calling out,
Hey look! It was the mother bird without a doubt!
The baby bird was chirping for joy,
As the mother was cuddling with little baby Roy...?
Roy? Where did that name come from?
Well, its coating was a Royal Blue,
So I guess "Roy" for short will do.smiley
