Rubix

People keep on playing with my emotions They twist me and turn me like I am a Rubik’s cube that they are trying to solve But what they don’t realize is the more they try, the further they get from the solution Some get lucky and figure out one side Yet when the try to solve for the rest, the side they solved is now hidden in the masses You’re right back where you started and I’m not going to help you I don’t even know who I am Maybe there is someone out there who is a like a jigsaw and slightly understands how I feel The biggest difference is although they can be complicated they are a lot easier to solve Most people are like that Extremely complicated at first but if you patiently keep trying to figure them out you realize it wasn’t that hard Yet when you ask that person to put together the pieces of who they are a lot can’t tell you You know someone was made to be in your life if they are able to figure you out To put you together even when you can’t If you have that you’re lucky Not everyone does Some only have memories of once was Things they had that was true love but they noticed to late Things they thought were real but turned out to only be a mirage But when they were finally close enough to touch it They reached out and it wasn’t there The person they thought would always take care of them had disappeared They fall asleep at night unable to cry because they’ve run out tears Their hearts have hardened because of so many fears The don’t trust people They don’t trust themselves They don’t trust god They trust alcohol They trust cocaine They trust marijuana Any needle that they can stick in their skin is their friend A knife, a gun, those pills Those are the ones who get them through life They are reliable Always their when you need them They keep you from thinking about the emotional instability The thoughts of who’s right, who’s wrong Who’s the greatest of them all But one day not even they will be able to solve you and your problems It’ll become too much You’ll take the blade of that knife place it in an effective place apply pressure and watch your blood flows down until your eyes close You are no longer a puzzle No more confusion in your mind It’s over It’s done Rest in peace your battle is no more
