Rules and Regulations

Your hair should not be a mess,

Your clothes should not come from thrift shops,

It;s just the Rules and Regulations.

Starighten your back, idiot!

Nobody will love you if you slouch like that!

Your hair isn't straight enough, you should be ashamed,

Who wants someone who eats like their actually hungry?

Nobody. Trust me,

It's just the Rules and Regulations.

No matter how hard you try,

Society will always win.

Because you let it.

Rules and Regulations?

Fake.

Let your hair frizz,

Let your freckles show,

What is Beauty?

Who would know?

Standing tall,

fists clenched into a ball

Let your bravery show,

Be yourself.

The Rules and Regulations are;

Follow your dreams,

Not others.
