Run

Run to forget all the troubles of the day

The faster your feet move the faster it melts away

Fresh air flowing in restores peace of mind

You find youreself running to something you cant find

Run for your heart it will thank you when your old

Faster each time as if your trying to achieve gold

Develping a habit for a lifetime

The feeling it bring is sublime

Run to allow a wandering brain

Knowledge and enlightenment are to gain

A tired body can now rest and reflect

Leaving no problems for the brain to detect
