Runaway

Runaway is what my brain keeps telling me.

My body wants my leg to run as fast as I can.

My hands want to protect my face that has felt the hard slap and punch.

My chest wants to rise and fall quickly as I cry and cry.

My mom went through the same thing.

Her body and mind told her to run, but her heart told her to stay.

She stayed for me.

How could I leave my own?

But I wont stay for this.

I will make a different choice

My heart are my children, so they will runaway with me.
