Run...away, Runaway
You fell in love
but not with my roots
and
when they came
When they came....the kinks of my nature
got into your path
Misunderstanding.....
manifested
Rushing into destruction,
terror stoke, red palms on my cheek
Hatredful eyes
Like the whistle of the wind
a storm awoke
I left myself
behind .... for you
And just like my soul, I
was overthrown
With chains on my mind
restrictions on my eyes
You spoke with ..words Oh, those words!
burned my skin with lies
And when I was all bones
I knew. I knew. I knew
I knew.
I Was my sacrifice ....
And my sacrifice was
Me.
