Running

The wind blowing in your face

The sweat dripping in your eyes

Your legs are screaming for mercy

The last stretch seems to go for miles

You near the end, cheering

All you can hear is cheering

All you can feel is the burning in your lungs

You have come this far, why stop now?

You cross the finish... Joy
