running
I run to think, I run to stop overthinking. I run to feel, I run to feel alive.
I run to get away from all the bad. When I run it's like I'm in a world where nothing nothing can go wrong it's only me and the run. The only competition I have is myself, I have nothing more to worry about. And when I finish running it's like I'm back to reality.
As long as I have a little dopamine pulsing through out my body, I can stride through anything life throws my way.
Without running I would be lost.
