Running Away

Tell me it's nothing, but it's always something. Running oh so fast, hoping it's my last. Scream until I'm crying, because I know their lying. Trying to stay calm with my nails digging into my palms. They told me I could stay, then they try to send me away. What good is a temporary family when they can't understand me?
