Running Matters to me

Why won't anyone see the fun

in taking a hearty run?

I run my pace, I run it well

upon this run is when I dwell

about my days and cheerful times

and even come up with rhymes.

I'll run for a mile or two or three

I'll run until I discover me.

Running relieves my stress

and helps me forget my life's a mess.
