Ruthless

I am scared

But I will push through

I fall

As they say I can't possible go far

I am scared

But I will fight through

I am battered, torn and bruised

They laugh as I crawl

But I persist, even through the mist

I will go far

I am no longer scared, not even of the fall

What is fear in the eyes of someone who pushed through it all?
