Sacred
Inside me I hold something sacred
It is alway something given and never taken
What I hold is my light, my only source of pure
It is so precious I must watch who I give it to
My light is apart of my spirit
In the wrong hands It could be my tragedy
There are many figures of the dark that wish to engulf my light
I musn't left them fool me, for they are ones who seek my downfall
Throughout my life I've seen others fooled
usually young girls thinking too early they've found the one
I believe my light is not yet ready to depart with me
So with me it will stay, and I await the time
I dream the moment will be special
Something to truly treasure until the end of time
When I present my light, he receives my soul
So I continue to wait on God
I know that one day my light will be received
Yet with him it will be like it never left me
...............and I pray to call that "Love" :)
