Sacrifice

For better never worst,

Whatever to see a new year.

Maybe another hurst.

Children always come first.

Facing your biggest fears.

For better never worst.

Dinner followed by dessert

Parents never shed a tear

Maybe another hurst.

Borrowing a women’s purse;

Concealing the guilt with several beers.

For better never worst.

Married but she still flirts.

Birthdays, Holidays and bills are near:

Maybe another hurst.

The sacrifice for a shirt.

From ceiling lights to chandeliers.

For better never worst.

May another hurst.
