I don’t like what I see when I look in the mirror Losing 50 lbs. is the only way I can achieve happiness I have an intense fear of gaining weight I like to restrict my eating when I’m alone I always purge my food when I go out with friends I will do anything to accomplish the perfect body. My health is in danger.

Wow this poem is emotional. I know what you're going through unfortunately. But I bet you are a goregous person inside and out. You can fight this and just remember you have people that love you. What would they do if the next time they saw you was at your funeral? You might be fifty pounds lighter but they would lose you. Stay strong and hold on. Please read my poems and tell me what you think. Also tell in my comments that you read this.
