sacrifice

(poems go here) SACRIFICE You give, you get, you love, you lose, you run, you hide Each day you wake up there’s sacrifice looking you in the eye You don’t always see it, but it’s there passing right by There’s things people do that could change one’s life When you hear that word a rush comes through It takes over your mind and you ask yourself “what would I do?” You can take the meaning, or create your own definition Give it some life, give it a mission You’ll come across times that you don’t want to face But eventually you’ll have to look life in the face Would you sacrifice it all to be who you are? Face the possibility to be pushed so far Let it all out to feel that feeling you want The one you been waiting for, the one you would stop You take you’re happiness and push it aside Do what you feel is right when it’s tearing you up inside Go through each day with a smile on your face But when you turn the other way, a frown takes its place
