Sad

Sadness

To sit alone in the corner of the room

To have no one to talk to

To lie around wondering if it’s due to pure doom

To get no invitations to the barbeque

To walk around with not even a daydream

To have no self esteem

Until one person enters with a smile

And joy comes and starts to last a while

I play the saxophone and I am a drummer. I've also written a novel and am in the process of working on another.
