Sad Life

I close my eyes.  I try to deny. How scared I am. And Then  I remember how weird I am. But then that doesn't matter because we all have a little mad hatter inside of us. Defining us. Saying we can't, Saying we shouldn't, Saying we will never make it the world. In a world of diamonds and pearls. Trying to make it day by day. Getting away with saying "its okay. " But I know one day. That I’ll be okay because I can look forward to a brighter day. A day were equality isn't just a concept, but a real thing.  Love isn't defined by religion but by truth. And that is where we can find our roots. Truth is the foundation for life and that is why I will survive.
