The sad rose

A sad rose by itself looking down at the gravel stone

Its petals falling slowly one by one standing alone

The wind blows hard, making it bend

But it keeps standing not ready to end

Its head is so low almost touching the ground

hoping for help, but nothing is found

the sun tries to lift it, shining so bright

but the rose stays away from the light

When the rain starts and the moon shines high

the rose feels calm watching the sky

it knows it is lonely but it doesnt mind

in the quiet night, peace is what the rose will find
