Same

To whom it may concern,

Fear conquerin’,

Fate alterin’.

You and I, we dream the same.

Stomach flutterin’,

Shy words stutterin’.

You and I, we love the same.

Relentlessly perseverin’,

Years disappearin’.

You and I, we live the same.

You and I,

We live.

Hit the ground runnin’,

Two pistols gunnin’.

But you and I, we bleed the same.

Another wave comin’,

Pain is numbin’.

But you and I, we feel the same.

The flash is stunnin’,

Fantasy’s crumblin’

But you and I, we never change.

Heart's pumpin’,

Blood's rushin’.

But you and I, we die the same.

You and I,

We die.

The. Same.

-allie (hiddensquid)
