Same Cloth

I get hurt I bruise

I get tripped I fall

I get hit I bleed

You get hurt you buise

You get tripped you fall

You get hit you bleed

There is no difference

we bruise, fall and bleed

What makes you greater than me

What makes me greater than you

Who has the right to say I will rise

And You will fall

Our skin only shows where we have been

But not what we have encountered

My blood is red and so is yours

We are both capable of good and evil

no matter what cloth we were cut from

Even the most divine angels can be thrown to the earth
