As is the same for you

Forest trenches and peeling bark,

thousands of trees left screaming,

Is this how they end?

Beloved fate in a friend?

The sky but a touch from greatness,

It dissipates before fingers,

leaving to the dust of memories,

tears come but never fall,

Minds grow so tall,

A puzzle missing a small fraction,

a piece that would shatter the rest,

is this how we end?
