Sanity

What is sanity? The answer lies within you.

For no one but you can know what sanity is.

My sanity is calmness, yours may be excitement.

How can one live without sanity?

To be trapped on an island without it would be...

unimaginable.

For if I cannot remain calm all sanity will be lost and forgotten,

the island will consume me with fear and anger and confusion and hopelessness!

But,

with my sanity, that is my calmness,

I will remain at peace.

Trapped on that island with only my sanity to save me.
