Save My Life

Saving my life, this is why I write. To stay away from the negative news, bad people, bad situations that I could be apart of but I stay away from because I write. Saving my life. Making sure my health is in good shape, I write to keep myself sain, to not lash out on those that did nothing but show love to me, but still I hate. I write to save my life.

To stay off the streets. They say the streets are no place for a woman, but if the attention is there, there they will go. Staying out of trouble with those I know who are nothing but trouble. I write to save my life. Saving my life from being another statistic, a young mom who can barely take care of herself who will now take care of a baby with no help. Nope, I dont think so, so I write to save my life.

To realive stress. "these are the times of your lives where you should be having fun..." they say or "you do not know what it means to be stress.." they say. A college student knows everything about stress, even if it is not "serious" it is still stress. I write to save my life.

Save my life, poetry. Save my life. Keep me from dangers of my life. Keep me sain. Keep me grounded. Save my life.
