Saved by Ali

Walking into a room filled with people I don't know.

my face starts to tingle

I can feel the blood rushing to my cheeks turning them Rosie red.

my chest is tight I can't breathe, but then I can breathe too much and start to freak out

But then

she grabs my hand and try's to calm me down, and as I look at her my body seemingly feels comfortable

my breathing slows

my cheeks turn back to flesh tone

almost as if my body knows

"Its okay, Ali is here now"
