Saving

Am I worth saving? I pretend like everything is perfectly okay but in reality it's not. Parents treat me like shit and friends are there, but aren't really there. If I look through them, I can tell they won't be able to save me. If someone could see the self-harm that is physicaly and mentally there, would they save me? I like pretending to be okay, everyone sees through the lie. It's okay that people can't see tjrough all of the bullshit lies and bullshit answers of why nothing is done. So am I really worth saving? Someone once said that you have to help save yourself  before you can save others. So do the others not see the pain that is hidden in my eyes or do they just not care? I want to believe that they care but it's hard to believe that someone actually gives a damn. Physlcal pain brings me back to reality, can't focus without it. So is it worth the time to save me?
