Savior

You sit & wait for someone to notice your hardly speaking. You wonder if anyone notices.

Lips fixed & ever so williing to spill the true but no ears willing to listen not just hear. When the oppurtunity presents itself, you're effortlessly interupted by someone else's needs. refusing to be a product of your surroundings.

Your body & actions move to their will. a shadow casted on everything you ever dreamt of; only to bend over backwards at their beck and call. This is the loving family that cares over bearlingly.

even when the scars showed on the surface they still reamined so caring. so many years searching any ounce of love possilbe that thirst never quite quenched. You still reach out looking for a helping hand but none were more than a silohette. time wasted wondering why no one cared to check on your feelings. trying to understand why you still cared for undeserving people. your home was more of a housing unit. days, hours spent daydreaming of a wonderful place where you were free to be yourself, wondering who would rescue you from this place. The harsh words casted aside, feelings

frozen hearts,

their actions & feelings reflected off of you so they saw themselves. BUt never who you truly were. complete stangers taking the time to ask you about your day. you figured this has go to be it.

sometimes it was just your family's wicked ways in a different mask.

My sweet darling will you every learn
you must save yourself
