The Scale

An obsession

An addiction.

It tortures me,

but I need it.

I got to know

the number on the scale.

Restrict my food.

Binge eat.

Purge.

Thoughts of laxatives.

My realtionship with food

it's unsafe.

This is what happens.

I got to know

the number on the scale.

I feel beautiful

let me where clothes that fit.

I feel fat.

I'll where clothes

to hide my body.

I got to know

the number on the scale.
