SCARED OF LOSING YOU

SPOKEN WORD POETRY

SCARED OF LOSING YOU

I never thought a day will come

When I would meet someone.

That saw past my flaws

My stupidity my pains

My tears my fears

My most painful hours

You came unexpectedly

Fell for you accidentally

First guy I felt secured

In letting my fears out

Ready to guide me

 The right path

Our first kiss

That sparkled

 Making the stars fades way

 Our first make out

Fearless you were

Ready to take me on a journey

A sailor you were

Navigating the waves that came our way

You took me places my dreams could never reach

Since the day I met you

You filled the empty void

That once licked of sore wounds

You brought something magnificent

That my heart keeps looking for

You are the galaxies I wanna travel the rest of my days

I wanna journey a life of happy ever after by your side

You keep telling me

Nothing but the fact that am yours to keep

Now am insane coz you are that being

I wanna lie next to just watching the stars

Fall back wishing upon a shooting star

That infinity is ours forever my love

All I ask for is not to break my heart

Coz not only will you

Be hurting the pages of my diary

But my passion for spoken word poetry

You are my inspiration

Perfection is what my heart feels.

When am with am just my perfect version

You fit in every pore of my being

Babe

Even if there wasn’t gravity on earth

I would still fall for you
