Scars

I got scars on my body
And stories I will never tell
Stories that made me stronger
Than I already am

I got a few bruises and cuts
Not bad enough to knock me down
So I can’t get up
I got scars on my body
And stories I will never tell

Those scars are my battle wounds
Those cuts and bruises helped me win
You see
My life isn’t as easy as it seems

I got scars on my body
And stories I will never tell
