You wouldn't guess.
Her smiles conceals,
She's screaming inside.

She's hiding something.
Look at her thighs.
See the scars, see her story.
Looking in her eyes, you'd never know.

She finds relief in a blade, love in a knife.
She's hiding secrets no one can know.
She'll never tell you how sad she really is.
Lost, unsure of who she's supposed to be.

She needs help, love.
Help her. Hug her. Smile at her.
Let her know she's not alone.
Everybody has a story.
