Scars

 Scars dont go away.

They are there to remind you of the day. You made a mistake and you had to pay...

With some scars, the pain never fades your mind moves on but your heart is never the same.

But any time you start to feel again, someone inevitably opens your scar back up and all you can really do is feel the pain....

So sometimes with scars, if they are in the right spot your once whole heart permanently breaks.....

Your soul got shot.... an emotionless gaze..... I walk around with invisible scars

But I put on a happy face.
