A scary night

A scary night

cant fly my kite

the wind is blowing

lightning is glowing

my fears are piling

my face not smiling

its cold im shivering

my lips keep quivering

i try to talk but i am stuck

with public speaking ive got no luck

i take a breath

then take a step

the weather clears

and so do my fears,

my fears no longer feel like a storm

the coldness now begins to warm

the more i talk the more i hope

the more i talk the more i cope

 my fears have vanished

still not sure how i did manage

to conquer fears you must take the first step

to conquer fears you must be prepped
