On the Sceen

An empty stage.
An empty mind.
A full croud.
The spotlight shines.

On the sceen is me
And nothing more.
As my pale skin
Shines off the spotlight
And in to the croud.
My life changes and turnes around.

As a quite girl I never spoke up,
But now my voice will be heard!
I will stand up!
I will stand my ground!
But when I speak..
Nothing seems to come out.

Are they too loud?
Can they not hear?
Am I saying anything?
Do they not care?

Trying and trying.
Over and over.
Do they hear me now?!

Then I realized..
They can hear me,
But they know I'm weak.
No one will listen because they know
I would let them step on me.

I take a deep breath,
Walk off statge and think to myself
"I will become stronger one day!"

For right now
I'm just another face in the book.
I was not meant to be in
Dramas or sceens

I am just meant to be me.
