I hate it,

I really do,

The dirty looks,

The teasing,

The bullies,

Triumphs and failures,

The bad days,

The good,

The homework,

And pressure,

Evil teachers and all,

I'm told it's for the best,

An essential in today's world,

A need in today's economy,

But it's more than an education,

An experience,

A death sentence,

The worst and the best,

Depression and sadness,

Deaths and difficulties,

Drama and craziness,

Growing up,

Leaving who you are,

We'll get through it,

With difficulty,

But with honor.
