School is a country, with

School is a country, with Races and Bigotry.

the subjects all Quarrel, be they

Peaceful or nay.

Math: it is cold, but ever-so Bold.

Art is the heart, but

cannot be spared, for 'safety' is rare.

Science is active, History massive.

Music is love, but retreats at a shove.

Philosophy, the cacophony, of

Terrible, Wonderful muse.

Language; the land-bridge, so

Mishandeled and rude.

But what of our tolerance, this so-called "Unity"?

To choose only one would deprive such glee.

A job for She and He and We, but a niche for me?

Now that is the key.

Occupation a nation, each day a new station.

I love all the subjects, like the king-like sensation.

Math mixed with Music: Precision if used with

Science and Art. The mixture is good, I assure you,

take Heart.

A job must be out there, with every good part.

my want is still wanting, my search still just starting

but if it is out there, this concoction of options,

I will bind with me

Maybe then, I'll be Free.
