School of Life

(poems go here) Since I was four and up to now and until June my life has and will continue to consist of early wake ups, go to school, eat dinner, go to sleep. Over again, over again, over again. Signaturing my life not as me but as school. Life is school as school is Y=mx+b. As in why is my X add b when b is 2, other guys trying to square my ex up with them when I was the solution to her problem. School is the segregation of the approximation of not one, not two, not ten, not even 50 of the many cliques revolving around the personalities of the students in the high school cafeteria. Spreading the science of the psychological, radical, maniacal thoughts of the human mind into the brains of us victims, us kids. Captured by the hormonal discharge of emotion and athleticism that pushes us to the top of our class at being ourselves. Life is English class. The grammar, usage mechanics, vocab. all spoken through our mouths and heard through our ears. Life is learned in history class, of politics, war, MLK, JFK, parks, Roosevelt, Washington, Lincoln, Robinson, Hendrix, Wright brothers, Ghandi, Uganda, Rawanda, Roman Empire, Philosophy, Economics. Without MLK, Robinson, Hendrix, Parks, Ghandi; still segregation; Without Romans, no piping; no Lincoln, still slavery; Washington, no states nor liberation; no Wright brothers, no planes. History class is the history of life. Life is the mathematical equations that give you the quotients to how you divide friends into X,Y, Z. Of who goes where and who stands where. Of how long the road is to you, finally realizing that you cannot escape school nor the passion, need, dependence you truly have for learning. Not only is school your life but life is the school you learn how to live in, and there is no escaping.
