Screams

Your screams tear through my ears

Tearing me apart

You yell and yell

An endless abyss of words

Tearing me apart

You think you know everything

You think your words don't hurt

That you words aren't demeaning

Rather impowering

Do you see the torn soul behind my mask?

The one aching to be whole

Aching for an end to the pain

No

All you see is my mask

My mask of strength

My mask of fearlessness

My mask of everything I'm not

Of everything I wish I was

But I'm not

You don't see me

You don't know who I am

You don't see my fragile soul

A soul you tear apart

Into pieces

My hands shake

My legs threaten to give in

My eyes tear

But I try

Try to hide

From my emotions

From my pain

From everything but you

And your screams

Your baseless words have such meaning

Your screams pierce my heart

Do you see it bleeding?

Breaking into a million pieces

You

You're the reason for all my pain

But I can't seem to run

Can't seem to hide

I am tired of trying to hiding

Tired of trying to run

I'm tired of everything

I'm tired of you

Enough is enough

I'm tired of the words you say

The posion you spew

You think you have power over me

But I will escape

I will be free

I will fight back aganist this oppression

Aganist what you've done and said

To me

To my people

You think that you and your kind are better

But everyone is equal

You're failure to see that

To inknowledge that

Makes you evil

I will fight to change your opinion

To make you see eye to eye

Keep your head up high and don't give up no matter what. Do what helps you get through. Writing helps me and I hope that you one day find your outlet.
